We had used Baase for previous support on Sage 50 and took the issue to them to ask their advice. Baase met with us initially to talk through our requirements and understand our current processes, the complexities of our operation and the limitations we were experiencing with the existing system.
There is much greater efficiency and accuracy in order processing which has resulted in the reduction of admin costs and an improvement in our service levels. Order entry errors have been reduced significantly. Due to the flexibility of the system the package that Baase has created provides us with accurate and timely information, which has massively improved our reporting mechanisms, both internally and for monthly submissions to the Group.
